1.Christopher McCormick: Shaping the Future of Work Through People, Culture, and Innovation

Leader

Most change management initiatives fail for the same reason: they treat human beings like variables in an equation. We map processes. Set KPIs. Track adoption rates. And then we’re surprised when people quietly route around everything we built.

Amara wasn’t surprised. She was exhausted.

When she reached out to Visionary Consulting, her healthcare organization was three weeks into a merger integration and already losing ground. The new patient intake system was technically live. Nobody was using it. Staff had gone back to paper forms — not out of laziness, but out of self-preservation. They didn’t trust the new process. They felt stripped of their autonomy.

“How do I force them to see that this is for the better?” she asked.

That word — force — is where most leaders lose the room.

“When we move into high-pressure transitions, our instinct is to tighten the grip,” Christopher told her. “But the secret to a breakthrough isn’t more pressure. It’s more presence. Have you asked them what they’re afraid of losing?”

“I don’t have time for a listening tour. We have 30 days to prove this merger is delivering value to the board.”

“That’s exactly why you do have time. You can spend thirty days pushing against resistance, or spend three days honoring the legacy of what they built before this merger. Empathy isn’t the soft option here — it’s the only bridge between a technical go-live and a functional organization.”

She paused. “It sounds soft. But I suppose fighting paper forms for another month is harder.”

By the end of that first month, the rebellion was over. Not because Amara issued a mandate — because she changed how she showed up. She stopped managing the merger and started leading the people.

Patient wait times dropped. Nursing retention, which had been in freefall, stabilized.

That’s what integrating humanity into change management actually looks like. Not softer. Just smarter.

This is the work Christopher McCormick has spent 25+ years doing — and what separates it from conventional HR leadership is precisely that it refuses to stay abstract.

Across healthcare, life sciences, tech, finance, and retail, he’s built a reputation working directly with CEOs, Boards, and senior leadership teams on the problems that don’t show up cleanly on a dashboard: culture erosion, workforce resistance, the human cost of transformation done wrong. His early career was defined by a skill that sounds simple but rarely is — connecting what people are capable of to where the business is trying to go, and making that connection hold under pressure.

He’s not a traditionalist. Christopher integrates data science, advanced analytics, and neuroscience into how organizations build resilience, develop talent, and strengthen culture from the inside out. That approach has produced outcomes that show up in the numbers: 150% year-over-year growth in actionable talent plans, and workforce transformation initiatives that have materially changed the daily reality for hundreds of thousands of employees across industries.

His reach extends well beyond any single organization. As a board member of Coherence Labs and the Tech Futures Advisory Board, he’s actively shaping how leaders think about technology, people, and organizational change at scale. The industry has recognized the pattern: he’s been named Most Visionary HR Professional by CIO Today and Most Empowering DEI Leader by CTODAY — acknowledgments rooted in a track record of building genuinely inclusive workplaces and launching DEI programs that scale without losing their integrity. His commitment runs deeper than corporate initiatives, with sustained investment in LGBTQIA+ youth support and health equity advocacy.

The throughline across all of it is the same conviction that reframed Amara’s merger: that performance and humanity are not in competition. Organizations that treat people as the mission — not just a means to it — are the ones that last.

That’s the model Christopher is building toward. In global healthcare, in enterprise leadership, and in every room where someone is about to say the word force.

2. Jordan Hunter: Building the Future of Environmental Intelligence and Human Recovery Systems

Leader

Jordan Hunter is the Founder & CEO of Rejuvenating Aura, the world’s first Environmental Intelligence company for luxury hospitality, aviation, and infrastructure. His research focuses on a fundamental but profound concept: most organizations measure what they see and don’t pay attention to the unseen environment that influences the recovery, comfort, and output of people. The Rejuvenating Aura Environmental Intelligence Certifications are live, with active engagements spanning luxury hospitality, aviation, and infrastructure across the Americas, the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Built at the intersection of environmental exposure science, dermatology, and human performance, Rejuvenating Aura operates a five-pillar system that turns real-time satellite and atmospheric data into actionable intelligence for the world’s most demanding operating environments — with no hardware, no sensors, and nothing to install. The system encompasses five pillars: real-time EI Monitoring, weekly EI Operator Reports, Recovery Signal frequency-based audio protocols, Climate-Adaptive Skincare currently in production with a credentialed cosmetic chemist, and the RA EI Certification — the first environmental intelligence credential of its kind in hospitality and aviation. The company has developed the environmental intelligence infrastructure comprising recovery signal technology, climate-adaptive skincare systems, an environmental certification system, and monthly environmental intelligence reporting. It also allows organizations to facilitate a recovery-oriented approach to operations in order to uncover undetected stressors like fatigue, overstimulation, lack of quality sleep, and cognitive overload. Jordan Hunter’s approach shows how these hidden factors can directly affect guest satisfaction, staff performance, and overall business consistency. His work extends into areas such as luxury hospitality recovery systems, human performance environments, and environmental recovery standards for global industries.

Eventually, he saw the vision spreading to a wider recovery infrastructure framework. He developed the concept of a ‘measured recovery system’ which will shape the future of luxury hospitality, healthcare, aviation, and executive environments, and the next generation of residential design. His model also incorporates environmental recovery certification systems, which could be future standards for trust, differentiation, and sustainability positioning. Through concepts like environmental intelligence reporting and recovery signal technology, he continues to explore how organizations can better understand the invisible conditions shaping human behavior, perception, and productivity.

Jordan’s long-term vision is to establish Environmental Intelligence as a global operating standard — the missing upstream layer in every wellness, recovery, and performance system currently deployed across luxury hospitality, aviation, and the built environment.

4. From Insight to Impact: Elena Athanassoula Is Redefining What Strategy Really Means

Leader

As the Middle East sets the global standard for visionary development, Elena brings a philosophy that aligns precisely with the region’s ambition: that strategy and design are not separate disciplines, but a single act of intent. As Vice President and Executive Director of STIRIXIS Group, with offices in Athens, Dubai, and London, she has spent nearly three decades turning strategic vision into environments that perform, endure, and prove their worth long after handover.

A Journey Built on Rigor

Trained as a mathematician in Athens and holding a Master of Arts with Distinction in Communications Policy from City University London, Elena began her career in strategy at leading advertising agencies before gravitating toward a more fundamental question: not how to communicate a brand, but how to build the conditions for one to thrive. That question led her to STIRIXIS Group and over 30 years of award-winning projects across 29 countries.

The real question was never how to communicate well. It was how to build something worth communicating. Once I understood that, strategy and design became inseparable for me.”

The Challenge That Built the Leader

When the Greek financial crisis struck, Elena and STIRIXIS Group made a defining choice: expand internationally rather than contract. That decision shaped everything that followed, including the Value Creation Circle™, the firm’s four-phase methodology integrating Strategy, Design, Execution, and Evolution under one accountable team. No handoffs. No translation loss. No disappearing after handover.

Strategy Made Visible

When Coca-Cola HBC relocated its headquarters to Zug, Switzerland, STIRIXIS Group created a workplace designed to strengthen collaboration, wellbeing, and agility, integrating biophilic elements and hybrid-ready technology. The project was recognized with the International Property Awards 2024–2025 Best Office Interior Europe.

In Saudi Arabia, STIRIXIS Group designed the Auditorium of Qassim University, delivering a landmark educational environment that reflects both the university’s strategic vision and the cultural identity of the region. The project received the esteemed “Best Public Service Design in the World,” award at the IPA Awards 2024-2025. It is the kind of result that only emerges when strategy leads and design follows, from a team that understands the market it is building for.

Aesthetics Create Ethics

Central to Elena’s thinking is the philosophy: Aesthetics Create Ethics. Spaces are not neutral; they communicate values before anyone speaks.

“When design is purposeful and coherent, it quietly changes how people behave. Respect grows, trust follows, and communities begin to feel the difference.”

This conviction anchors METALLAXIS (metallaxis.org), the strategic foresight think tank co-founded with Alex Athanassoulas, President & CEO of STIRIXIS Group, translating emerging market signals into actionable strategic direction for leaders navigating transformation.

Vision for the Middle East

With STIRIXIS’s Dubai office active and a growing GCC portfolio spanning hospitality, retail, residential, workplace, and entertainment, Elena’s focus for 2026 is clear: deepening STIRIXIS’s commitment to the region’s most ambitious development programs while scaling METALLAXIS’s foresight capabilities.

One Piece of Advice for Emerging Leaders

“Strategy without execution has no value. Execution without strategy has no direction. The real work is connecting them and staying in the room all the way to the end.”

Leader

Dr. Serge Deuvletian, DVM, IPSAV, is a 30-year small animal vet. He has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 30 years and has been the owner and practicing veterinarian of the Clinique Veterinaire de Montreal, Cartierville, a suburb in the north end of Montreal, Canada, for 25 years. He opened the clinic in 2001, and it became an integral part of his life and profession. It was a job (at first), but eventually became a commitment as he became very involved in the clinic and the people who used the services.

Throughout his career, Serge had good personal relationships and struck a balance between work and life. Family has been important to him, and his father is his most important companion and friend. He is very close to him, lives with him, and assists him. Both of Serge’s parents were born in Beirut. His mother grew up in the mountains of Zahle. Serge was born in New York City. He came to Montreal when he was barely two. He is still looking after his parents. They were separated during his childhood. His mother is now in a care home and is well looked after. The responsibility, loyalty, and emotional strength he has are directly due to these family moments and are also exhibited in the way he works with animals and clients in his vet practice.

Serge’s most important event in his life was being cured of Asperger’s syndrome in 2023 after 50 years. This is the most individual of all his achievements – and it is good evidence of his perseverance and self-awareness. He says his family, employees, volunteers, clients, and the animals that he served are the ones who have helped him become successful; he calls them his champions in his life. He likes sports for relaxation and to create a balance in his life in his free time. A life lived with dedication, learning, and service has led Serge to connect to people and animals through caring, persevering, and goodness.

13. Where Engineering Meets Finance: A New Perspective on Executive Decision-Making

Leader

The best financial decisions are not always made by accountants. Sometimes, they are made by engineers who learned finance.”

That statement perfectly captures the journey of Lambotharan Sellavel, a finance executive whose leadership philosophy has been shaped as much by engineering as by accounting. Rather than viewing finance as a function that simply reports the past, he approaches it as an interconnected system—one that can be analyzed, redesigned, and optimized to create sustainable business value. It is this unique perspective that has enabled him to contribute meaningfully at board level, where strategic decisions require far more than financial expertise alone.

Long before boardrooms and executive leadership, Lambotharan intentionally took a part-time role in a call center while studying engineering—not out of necessity, but out of curiosity. He wanted to understand customers, their expectations, and the human side of business. After graduating, he made another unconventional decision. Instead of following a traditional engineering career, he chose to begin as an Accounts Trainee, believing that long-term capability was more valuable than immediate financial reward. Alongside his early finance career, he also became a part-time news reader for one of Sri Lanka’s leading television and radio networks, refining the communication skills that would later help him influence executive teams and present confidently in boardrooms.

Building credibility without a traditional accounting background was never easy. Rather than allowing that to become a limitation, he pursued a Master’s in Accounting & Finance in the United Kingdom while earning globally recognized professional qualifications. Over the next 15 years, he progressed into senior finance leadership roles, leading finance transformation, governance, taxation, restructuring, investment analysis, and strategic planning across diverse industries. His approach has consistently challenged conventional thinking: financial statements explain what happened, but great leaders must understand why it happened, anticipate what comes next, and determine how to build a stronger business.

Today, Lambotharan is recognized not simply as a finance executive, but as a strategic business leader who bridges analytical precision with commercial vision. His engineering mindset enables him to see patterns where others see numbers, solve business problems rather than report them, and bring a systems-thinking approach to board-level decision-making. In a world where organizations need finance leaders who can shape strategy, drive transformation, and create long-term value, his journey demonstrates that sometimes the most powerful perspective in finance comes from looking at business through the eyes of an engineer.

14. Anthony Stroebel: Building Brands with Purpose, Leadership, and Lasting Impact

Leader

Anthony Stroebel has been a highly acclaimed executive strategist, brand architect, and business leader over the last 35+ years in South Africa’s marketing, communications, business development, and real estate domains. In his career, he has served in several C-suite and Board of Directors roles, and is known for his ability to think and lead strategically. Whether he was working for some of the world’s top communications and advertising agencies or as Chief Marketing Executive of one of South Africa’s leading luxury real estate businesses, Anthony was never without his eyes on the prize – a commercially successful and value-adding brand. He was a former Non-Executive Board Member of the Green Building Council of South Africa for the last nine years, and has been a powerful advocate for sustainable development and ethical business.

A significant event in his life was the start of his business, Pure Karat Creations, in Cape Town in 2023. Anthony believed that because of their vision, businesses should have a positive impact, and founded a business that produces limited-release, certified precious metal coins of 24 karat gold and pure silver. Under his leadership, Pure Karat Creations developed internationally distributed collections including The Faith Collection, The Sacred Sanctuaries, and the Palestine Liberation Coin. Each coin is individually hallmarked and produced to internationally accredited standards. One of the company’s most significant initiatives was its partnership with the Gift of the Givers Foundation, through which 30 percent of proceeds from the Palestine Liberation Coin are directed toward helping alleviate human suffering in Gaza. The program solidified the company’s identity as a “luxury brand with a purpose.”

But Anthony’s Pure Karat Creations is about more than craft and business. It is also about promoting cultural appreciation and sharing untold stories. He shows through art, history, and precious metal design the beliefs, heritage, scholarship, and humanity of Muslim communities throughout the world. His leadership principles are broken down into commercial excellence and moral responsibilities, which is a perfect example that successful businesses can be able to make a positive contribution to society. In today’s context, Anthony Stroebel remains a visionary, ethical, and purposeful leader who not only shapes the development of companies but also generates value that transcends the realm of business.

15. Ian Erskine FIML MD ACI Global: A Lifetime of Leadership, Resilience, and Continuous Improvement

Leader

Ian Erskine FIML MD is a leader by example, a man of strength, discipline, and dedication to people. Ian was brought up in a very strong Christian family, with the values of his parents, Tom and Joan Erskine, in the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area, New South Wales, Australia. From the beginning of his childhood, he had learned about good and bad, and his early life would be his guide to this. Despite his poor high school grades at Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School, Griffith Catholic College, and Griffith High School, he changed through the experience of the Army Cadets. Elevating his rank to Cadet Under Officer (CUO), he learned discipline, responsibility, and leadership, making his way to success.

Ian’s professional life started in farming when he took over a 7,500-acre dry area farm and implemented new ideas of regenerative farming practices that increased productivity without the use of government support. Over time, he expanded his experience into business, working in sports retail, managing one of Shell’s largest LPG distribution operations in Western New South Wales, and later establishing Port City Milk in Port Macquarie. When the Australian milk industry was deregulated, Ian faced one of the toughest periods of his career, losing a significant portion of his business.

By chance, through an unplanned meeting with his Bank Manager, Ian was introduced to the Little Book called “Who Moved My Cheese” by Spencer Johnson, which is fundamentally all about understanding Change and Risk. From this point on, instead of walking away, he was able to adapt, engage in professional development, and prioritize quality improvement. This experience helped him to embark on HACCP, food safety systems, and the concept of continuous improvement practices. He officially established ACI Global in 2004 to support organizations in their quest to improve through practical training, quality systems, and people-focused certification operating in Port Macquarie.

In the years that followed, ACI Global has grown into a leading international organization focused on the Accelerating Continuous Improvement principle. Ian worked with Exemplar Global (formerly RABQSA) and was instrumental in the development of competency-based training models based on ISO 10015 and ISO 10018. He overcame his own difficulties, such as a life-changing cancer experience, but never stopped his development, personal or professional. He is especially proud of establishing a solid family, raising three sons, becoming an Acolyte in the Catholic Church, improving farming methods, reinventing businesses, and founding ACI Global. At 76, Ian continues to strive for global growth, with people at the center of all organizations, not just systems.

16. Dr. Sindhu Bhaskar: Driving Global Impact Through Fintech, Innovation, and Inclusion

Leader

Dr. Sindhu Bhaskar has built an impressive career at the intersection of technology, finance, and social impact. As Chairman and Founder of EST Global Inc., headquartered within the MIT ecosystem at the Cambridge Innovation Center in Cambridge, USA, he set out not to build isolated products but a single, interconnected ecosystem capable of driving meaningful, sustainable change, especially across underserved and rural communities. His guiding philosophy is simple: technology must ultimately improve human lives.

Over the years, that philosophy has grown into a genuine ecosystem spanning fintech, agritech and carbon credits, healthcare, edtech, and deeptech. BranchX became the engine for banking the unbanked and bringing fintech to every kirana shop, and is now moving toward an IPO. Ezipay Global Payment Gateway extends digital payments worldwide, while ESTLEND and E-Rural-Invest open credit and investment access to underserved populations. His patented EST RAHA platform delivers unified, AI-powered remote healthcare — triage, consultation, diagnostics, and pill dispensing — to areas that have never had a clinic nearby. EST AgrX supports farmers through decentralized agricultural ecosystems, while EST Cnet0 applies AI and machine vision to carbon detection and soil analysis, linking rural agriculture directly to the carbon economy. SmartViz and Aspagteq carry his deeptech work into manufacturing, government infrastructure, and utilities, and his collaborations with space foundations in the USA, Malaysia, and India extend the same sustainability thinking into the emerging space economy.

What sets this ecosystem apart is how openly it is built. Dr. Sindhu partners as readily with sovereign wealth funds and G20 working groups as he does with first-time student founders, and he has made youth collaboration a deliberate strategy rather than a side initiative. Through EST FAB, now active across 35 global chapters, he runs international webinars, technology forums, and global internship programs — connecting thousands of students with experts worldwide, entirely pro bono. It reflects his conviction that knowledge should be accessible regardless of geography or economic background, and that the next generation of innovators should be treated as collaborators, not merely as students.

Dr. Sindhu is also a voracious writer. Several of his books are already published, and three more — on RWA tokenization and nation building, Decentralized Humanism, and DAOs and digital socialism — are currently in production. He writes regularly for Indian newspapers and international platforms including Illuminem in Paris and Impact Entrepreneur in Boston, and speaks at global conferences on fintech, blockchain, agentic AI, Web3, and quantum technologies. His habit of writing poetry to rest his mind has produced a couple of published anthologies of its own — a reminder that he sees technological progress as inseparable from creativity, philosophy, and human values.

His influence extends across academia, policy, entrepreneurship, and global advisory leadership. He is a Forbes Council Member, Senior Executive Fellow at The Digital Economist in Washington, DC, Co-Chair (India Northern) and Senator for the World Business Angels Investment Forum, a Board Member of the Government Blockchain Association, and Professor of Practice at Chandigarh University and KIET. His work has been recognized with the Thinkers360 Top Thought Leader awards (2026), the Wealth & Finance Most Dedicated Banking & Financial Services CEO Award (2024), the Amity University Tech Champion Award (2024), the International Impact Leader Award (2022), the Business Leadership Award (2021), and third place in the World CEO of the Year (2020). As a champion of innovation, inclusion, and intergenerational collaboration, Dr. Sindhu Bhaskar continues to shape a future in which technology creates opportunity — and where that future is built together, with anyone willing to do the work.

17. Michele Zavoli: Transforming Tourism Through Innovation and Community Impact

Leader

Michele Zavoli is transforming the future of tourism through innovation, regenerative destination governance, and community‑driven development, pioneering models that turn tourism into a source of lasting value for territories and the people who live in them.  He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Travelware SRL SB, an Italy-based social benefit company with offices in Italy, Innovation City in the UAE, and, more recently, Bulgaria, and a well-respected international tourism developer with over 15 years of on-the-ground experience across Europe, Africa, and Latin America, spanning more than 30 tourism development projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Throughout his career, Michele has remained focused on building models that go beyond simply attracting visitors, models that are structurally sustainable and community-driven. Working across Cape Verde, Mozambique, and beyond, he observed firsthand how tourism value consistently left destinations without feeding them due to the lack of local community coordination.

His experiences revealed a structural gap: the tools available, emails, chat apps, and in-person meetings, were inadequate for the complexity of multi-stakeholder destination coordination. Destinations were expected to manage residents, businesses, institutions, and visitors through fragmented channels, making it nearly impossible to build shared intelligence, measure real-time impact, or ensure that tourism value remained within the territory rather than leaking out.

He committed himself to designing innovative systems that actively engage residents, businesses, public institutions, and private stakeholders to build more resilient, inclusive, and economically sovereign destinations. This vision draws on a truly multi-disciplinary background spanning law, economics, architecture, marketing, software development, and blockchain technology, and places community ownership of data at the centre of tourism governance. In Michele’s model, the information generated by the ecosystem is no longer a by-product controlled by external platforms, but a strategic asset owned and managed by the communities themselves.

Michele’s response was Travelhive, the platform developed under Travelware SRL SB that combines artificial intelligence, blockchain, and IoT to function as a collective intelligence system for destinations. It connects residents, businesses, institutions, and visitors through a verified-identity social network, turning any input, whether voice messages, photos, comments, or documents, into structured, blockchain-notarised shared data. This shared data layer becomes the foundation for transparent value distribution, multilingual communication, real-time impact monitoring, and meaningful community participation in governance and decision-making. By enabling destination communities to monetize anonymised insights and services on the B2B market and reinvest the returns into local regeneration projects, Travelhive turns everyday interactions into a continuous source of social, cultural, and environmental resilience. The platform is currently being tested and implemented in over 20 destinations across Italy and Africa, and will soon be active in additional countries across the EU, the UAE, and South America.

Michele’s work has earned wide international recognition. He was awarded the prestigious PATWA Gold Award for Excellence in Innovation in Regenerative Tourism, and led Travelware to receive 𝗣𝗔𝗧𝗪𝗔 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, recognized Travelhive as the 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺. He also secured the Innovation Award from the Italia–USA Foundation, which distinguished Travelware as one of Italy’s most innovative startups. Today, Michele and his team collaborate with destination managers, associations, ministries, universities, and international partners, supported by an international network of advisors and researchers in tourism, technology, and governance, to implement a new paradigm where communities are not just participants but the owners and managers of the data and content they produce, monetizing it on the B2B market and reinvesting the returns into local regeneration projects. His ambition is clear: in a world without diversity, travelling will make no sense. Protecting the keepers of that diversity, the communities who live and sustain destinations, is the condition for the future of tourism itself.

28. Corine Palierse: Transforming Hospitality Through People, Purpose, and Innovation

Leader

Corine Palierse’s career has been built on creativity, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to people. Growing up, she always had an interest in history, nature, ancient civilisations, Native American culture, imperial China, hieroglyphics, and the symbolic basis of mankind. She was motivated by her father, who was both a historian and a natural scientist, and she consequently came to love knowledge and people as a child. This mental perspiration gave rise to her personal philosophy, reflecting the balance of yin and yang. Corine also has an artistic side as a draughtswoman and was a porcelain painter for 7 years in the Métiers d’Art sector. Provided these artistic experiences fostered her appreciation of beauty, communication, and the importance of passing down knowledge from generation to generation, the answer is certainly yes. They were also the basis of her leadership style, which is one of empathy and discipline.

Her professional journey reflects the same balance between creativity and structure. Corine started her career in HR, transitioned to law, and is an Account Manager within the makeup industry. She was also trained in crisis management, fire safety, public building evacuation protocols, and first-aid, which gave her the confidence and responsibility to lead teams. Her thirst for knowledge led her to further her education in International Hospitality Management while acquiring valuable operational knowledge of the hospitality industry. She was aware that housekeeping personnel were undervalued, and she was in close contact with her housekeeping team. She knew that there was a way to make a difference and introduced better processes to boost efficiency, to establish a balance, and to recognise talent.

However, in October 2023, Corine established HK by CP Consulting Audit Diagnostic, remaining as Executive Housekeeping Manager. Through her consultancy, she is working to make housekeeping a strategic driver of sustainable performance in hospitality. She is leading the development of a digital application to manage, train, structure, and audit housekeeping services using measurable social and operational standards. Concurrently, she is dedicated to collaborating with AFNOR to develop a sector-specific social framework to support future certification in the hospitality industry. Besides its hospitality, Corine is the President of the Phoenix & Orchidaceae Association, organizing social development initiatives in Madagascar and fostering sustainable tourism by spreading local art, culture, crafts, and community talent. Her mission from the outset has been to unlock human potential, develop organisations, and make people the end goal of success.
